Return and Exchange Policy for Adorn Me – Retail Jewelry Business in Nigeria

  1. Eligibility for Exchange.
    1. Adorn Me (“Company”) offers exchange for eligible products purchased directly from the Company’s website or physical store in Nigeria.
    2. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

However, Adorn Me does not offer direct product exchanges. If the customer wishes to exchange a product for a different product, they must follow the return process described in Section 4 and then place a new order for the desired item.

Also, Adorn Me will not accept exchange for a product valued lower than original purchase value. If you wish to exchange to a product with lower value, excess will be converted to store credit.

  1. Refund Policy
  1. Neither exchange nor refund can be made due to personal change of mind, only as a result of an error from the company.
  2. Monetary refund will only be made if purchased item is no longer available in the store.
  3. No refund or exchange will be made if complaint isn’t raised within 3 days after receiving the jewelry
  4. Non-Refundable or Exchangeable Items

The following items are non-refundable and Exchangeable:

i Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

  1. Products that have been resized, repaired, or modified by a third party.

iii. Earrings, due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective.

  1. Products purchased from authorized resellers or other retail stores.
  2. Special order, pre-orders, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

 

  1. Return Process
    1. To initiate a return and request an exchange, the customer must:
    2. Contact the Company’s customer service within 3 days of receiving the product, providing the order details and reason for the return.
    3. Await instructions from the Company regarding the return process.
    4. The Company may require the customer to provide photographs or other evidence of the product’s condition before approving the return.
    5. Return Shipping
    6. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to the Company.
    7. The Company recommends using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. The Company is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
    8. Inspection, Exchange Processing
    9. Once the Company receives the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1.
    10. If the return is approved, the Company will process the exchange within 15 working days of receiving the returned product.
    11. Store Credit Option.
    12. In some cases, the Company may offer the customer a store credit instead of a refund. The store credit can be used towards future purchases from the Company’s website or physical store.
    13. The store credit will be issued in the form of a unique voucher or promotional code and will have an expiration date.

 

  1. Changes to the Exchange Policy
  2. The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Exchange Policy at any time.
  3. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
